Students Build Turtle Crossing Signs

Middle-school students noticed turtles crossing a quiet road after rain. With help from teachers, they designed bold crossing signs.

The town approved the project and installed the handmade markers. Drivers now ease off the gas near the pond trail.

The students keep a simple log of safe crossings. Their project shows kids can make a real difference for wildlife nearby.
